Quantum Entangled Encryption Sucessful

This is certainly interesting, but I really doubt that there will be a market for this sort of thing any time soon. Regular encryption is already as secure as anyone could want. The hassle involved in setting up this sort of system seems to far outweigh the benefits. With computers it's trivially easy to use huge one-time pads to send secure information. A single DVD would allow you to send 4 GB of unbreakably-encrypted data. It seems like that would be good enough for almost anyone, and that's not even considering regular ciphers.

I think it wouldn’t be unbreakably-encrypted data if you had quantum entangled decryption.

Just this guy, you know?

We can all sleep soundly with the knowledge that such a thing is theoretically impossible.

nasor,

Do you say this because of the distruction of the entngled function by measurement or for some other reason?
