Help, hurry!!!!

I need a program, freeware or shareware than can transform midi or audiofiles into notes, for Mac, tonight!!!!
Please help!
I found this Lime program , but the import midi function is not on, you must buy it first or something, it can only handle "niff" files as it is now, and I have never heard of NIFF files before....

I'm in a bit of a rush myself, but I can tell you this:

There is a shareware program for windows called 'midinotate' (has a very long trial demo). It might also be for Mac as well, but I'm not sure. Works on all midi's like a charm.

You could easily use a windows emulator to run this program on your computer.
