Best Sci-fi show currently on TV

So what do you think the best Sci-Fi show currently running is? I vote for Andromeda, because I like the whole noble hero out to save the decaying galaxy story, but Mutant X is almost tied. However, most people I talk to say I'm nuts. What do you people think is better? (or if I'm right, let me know, I need all the ego boost I can get )

Hey Uber - originally, Mutant X was supposed to be a live action type series thingy for X-Men, as done by Marvel. However, since Fox owns the rights to the movie, they couldn't do it. That is why similar storyline and stuff.

I don't really have a favorite at the moment. I don't like any of the Sci-Fi series out right now. Well, I shouldn't say that, I like a few of them (Stargate.... yeah =P ) but there aren't any that give me that "I can't wait to see the next episode" feeling.

Actually, I liked Earth Final Conflict for a while. The season with Liam was quite good I thought. And B5 was always a good show, the storyline really worked well throughout the series. Now EFC has gone to shit and B5 is over

I enjoyed this for a while then I sorta lost the plot and just gave up. The 1st series was great

Spacee Abovew and Beyond was a great series. too bad they lost funding and never got to resolve the storyline.

Yeah that was a good series too. I liked the intro music =P

I've always liked B5 a lot because of it's graphics as well. They actually got explosions and damage in space fairly accurate. No huge fireballs or flaming debris like you'd see in Star Trek and most other sci-fi series.

You won't see explosions in star trek that often, at least the series. They tended to deal with science more than action, which I always thought was cool...but apparently less sophisticated people feel differently

Well since its shows that are currently on i guess i can still say Farscape. After it goes off i dont know. Maybe Stargate if the new season is better than that last one was. (God that was awful, really ruined the show IMHO)

Stargate is okay, but I just like TV shows that make you think. Id say that most Gaters cant understand a complex plot line, but scapers can.

Screw Farscape... interesting, I've never heard of that show. However, I've been watching Stargate SG1 for about two years and still think nothing beats it. NOTHING!
