    i don't believe that journal has a lot of cred going by what is said about it on forums elsewhere and seeing results turned up by googling the name.

    Yeah, river, what do you think of the theory? In particular, how about the fact that photoelectrons are ejected "sideways"
    and along the polarization of the incoming WAVE (proving photoelectric effect is not a particle collision)???

    Andrew , never expected YOU to be here , its terrific

    So many with terrific theories never visit sites that present their theories , so I get left on my own to explain them , which of course I can't do , not with through depth of understanding and therefore understanding , that those who create the theory can do

    I think your theory is terrific

    Because it was backed up by experiments , that so far showed the truth of what you were suggesting

    For the rest guy I don't know

    Now any up dates on your theory from a few months ago
