We are also allowing more children for smarter adults.

India does none of these things, but follows the Western laissez-faire method of reproduction: most offspring are not intelligently planned, but are simply the bastard products of horny parents who accidentally got pregnant.

 

Sounds like a good Final Solution.

 

It is important that China let the world know about its position on the penis; whenever we discuss our destiny with the world, the world "rebuts" our position by mentioning the relatively smaller penis of the Han male.
