IMPO you'd have to be utterly moronic to use these sorts of drugs without some sort of supervision. Aside from the permanent damage done to the brain (which, admittedly, probably really doesn't amount to much for most people) there's a chance you could turn into a zombie and eat someone's face down to the bone, ending your life in a hail of bullets culminating in a double tap to the head.
