Gourman 2011 ranking report for Physics in the USA?

Hey everyone,

Could someone possibly post the following Gourman 2011 physics reports that if what I'm asking exists? I'm looking for reports in the USA. I know my shot at a decent physics school with professors know what they are doing won't happen. Never. I have to go to my local county college, and build a background since I didn't do that in HS, and still private is off the table. I want to go to Caltech, but won't happen.

Do I have a shot at anything when I do go to a local CC, and without any testings such as SAT's, or ACT's?
