“Former Malabon City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Judge Florentino Floro, who believes in “dwarfs,” is seeking a seat in the Supreme Court (SC) with the forthcoming retirement of Associate Justices Antonio Eduardo Nachura on June 13, 2011 and Conchita Carpio-Morales on June 19, 2011, respectively.
