The answer is: You cannot.

The closest you can come is employing a fusion or fission reaction or combining matter and antimatter. But, just like the common methods of "producing energy" - such as in an electrical power plant - those methods are really just conversion processes.

Fusion power is the power generated by nuclear fusion reactions. In this kind of reaction, two light atomic nuclei fuse together to form a heavier nucleus and in doing so, release a large amount of energy.

What do you mean when you say "energy"?
If you mean "energy" of which the matter was created, so "energy" without matter, then I do not know what this "energy" is.
For me it is too abstract.

I've always heard the energy cannot be created or destroyed - only it's form can be changed.

Setting "stuff" on fire is a time honored method of releasing locked up energy in the form of heat...

If energy can't be created then how it came into existence ?

Simple. Energy is just matter in a different form - and matter is energy in a different form. It doesn't get any easier than that to comprehend. I don't see why you can't get a grasp on it.
