churches demand compensation from BP after loss of income

Pastor Dan Brown, of the Anchor Assembly of God in Boyou la Batre, Alabama, is seeking compensation of $50,000 (£33,000) to cover an anticipated loss of income over the next year.

How about they help the people that are out of work first, instead of compensating the church for a smaller income out of charity?

I am thinking that if BP compensates the fishermen adequately, then this minister has nothing to complain about. So I would not pay this guy a penny.

If it were a Mosque I'm sure some right wing hardon Christians would claim the oil slick as God's work.
