I don't see any avatars under anyones name I don't see signatures at the end of anyones posts including mine even though i have both a signature and a avatar selected. Whats the deal with these features?

Also how do you get those custom titles i see under peoples names?
So I can be known as something other then "member".

If you look around Site Feeback a little, you'll find your answer.

These things have been removed to save bandwidth and will soon be available to paying members when that gets up and running

Get a good host, and phpBB2 and you'll cut bandwidth usage in half. ;)

He/she can't get it to be something other than 'member' methinks

To get that special message under your name:

1)Go to control panel (in the upper right of the screen)

2)Click "Edit Profile"

3)Look under the heading "Optional Information" and the last sub-heaing will be "Custom User Text"

4)Directly to the right is the text box where you can enter whatever you want.

5)Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Submit Modifications"

It should appear under you name after all that.

Those limitations were lifted a while ago. Everyone, regardless of when they joined, can do it.

um.. about names...

when i signed up.. i kept me all lower case.... "nightfall"
and every day it eats at me more and more, but i leave it, becuase i dont want to leave behind my hard earned posts...

if it isn't too much trouble.. or..even if you can do it.. is it possible for you to change me from "nightfall" to "NightFall" without loosing my other info? its one of those little things that just drives me nuts...

as for the memberships.... any decissions made on that yet? my opinion.. $52/year. i think a dollar per week is pretty good for the sciforums privelage.. and broke people could pay $5/month. lol. or however it adds up. lol.
