Would you please quit putting things into my mouth, and stop saying I have claimed these things, when you know you are flat-out lying.

Shubert has been posting nonsense at sciphysicsrelativity for as long as I've known about the group. His handle is Shubee.

Funny how you change your tune. 2 weeks ago you left a nice thank you. Now that I've said something you didn't want to hear suddenly I'm a disgrace and I have no respect for others. Sounds like someone didn't want their rose tinted view of the world broken.

Your motivation here, is one of absolute disrespect for others. I pitty you, for you are not a modest scientist at all. I hope, If I ever do get a degree in science, (hopefully chemistry) that I turn out nothing like you.

Thank you for ID'ing that equation for me. It had puzzled the god-damn breath out of me ;0

some of your post are ridiculous, and you seems that you are very care of what people comment on you. Be a happy man and open up your mind!!

Just to let anyone know, if you send me a PM don't expect a quick reply. I tend to not read them very often and even when I do I often don't bother to reply. If you have a question on something make a thread, you'll get a swifter reply and input from more people.

      Hi AlphaNumeric,

I'm new to this forum and I'm returning to Physics after many, many years being away. It's been a lot of fun. Adding to the fun of finding this place, I found another Physics forum at http://www.physforum.com/index.php?act=idx

Then I noticed that today you mentioned in a post that you've been to "half a dozen" such forums. Could you tell me their URLs? My business is in the winter doldrums and I have a lot of time on my hands.

      Thanks.

Thanks for the tip off, this place seems to be full of hacks. It's really hard to avoid trying to correct them, a pet peeve of mine is people bullshitting about science/maths, especially when other people might believe them.

Hello. I followed a thread on string theory to your "about me" page. I work for Perfectly Scientific Press, and we are currently looking for writers. We are located in Portland, Oregon, and we offer a considerably favorable royalty agreement. Currently, we are seeking authors of scientific books. The topics may span disciplines. Perhaps you have a string theory for-general-audiences text that has yet to be published? Maybe you simply have the seed of an idea, of a technical book, or dissertation. Please visit our website: http://www.perfscipress.com. And, if you have any questions, please feel free to email me, Thomas Reale at realett@gmail.com.

Well, as we are not in a house party talking face to face, yes it's a compliment of some sort . What are you studying?

Did a degree and masters in mathematics and then a PhD in string theory. Now in my late twenties and doing research in the private sector for aerospace, quantum mechanics, machine intelligence and more besides.

In my spare time I play squash, volunteer for a charity and am currently trying to teach myself Java, C++ and Python.

Squash, pool, drawing badly, a little golf
