It's nonsense, the site is halfdead because of members that ONLY post in the funny sections, such as clueluss et al. and the retards of course. People like us, well like me anyway, are just having some fun while waiting for something interesting to come by. I guess you keep yourself amused by creating threads about Israel and the US :D ;)
I know what his reasons are, and I don't necessarily disagree. But insulting your most productive members is not particularly smart. Besides, Sci is more dead than alive these days. What am I supposed to do, post 5 intelligent threads a day hardly everyone will participate in anyway ? He should be glad this site is kept alive by the likes of us.
Did you watch the segment on Israel? All it talked about was the plight of Israelis. The parts about Afghanistan focused on what it would take to make peace, neither focusing on the justification for war, nor American activities.
Not sure if you were after a gita commentary or SB There is one gita commentary by Bhurijana das called "surrender unto me" (that I referenced in the post) He also has undertaken an SB commentary too. Both of them however work off commentaries by Prabhupada (http://vedabase.net/) who's own commentaries combine the commentaries of mainly 4 other key figures within the vaisnava sampradaya
