      Hi Tiassa.
I recently came across an old thread from march 2002, which was posted by Adam, it was only one page, and only got four replies the largest was yours, http://www.sciforums.com/Indoctrination-or-Education-t-6394.html
It looked like a good thread, so rather than revamp such an old thread, I used little of all the replies and started my own on here http://www.theologyweb.com/campus/forumdisplay.php?15-Apologetics-301 I never denied it wasn't from an old thread here. however I did not name, names. it has had 71 replies and is on it's 5th page however the mods are now claiming plagiarism, So I would like to apologise, firstly for not paying you due homage. and secondly ask you, do you really mind that I used your reply. thanks pavlos

hi, can you help me with complex analysis plz
      problem is:

The function f(z) = e^(z+i*pi) has infinitely many points in the fiber of each point in its range.
      (A) Find four points that map to 1
      (B) The natural inverse of f(z), say g(z) maps each point in its domain to infinitely points, as with log(z). For example, g(1) is infinitely many points, including the four you provided in the first part of the problem.
      i. Choose a branch of g(z)
ii. Sketch the domain of this branch
iii. Sketch the range of this branch
IV, Indicate which point in the set g(1) is the image of 1 under your branch.

When I looked for my thread about the anatomical question, you said that it had been "closed and redirected". Please tell me where it is so that I can read the last few messages on it.

Benny, honestly trying to get some answers.

Thanks. I suppose that is better than nothing. The thing is, these bourgeoisie "liberals" are better than the capitalist class, but they are still not true egalitarians...that's why I distinguish myself as a communist, not a "socialist"

The administrator should put up a sign saying, "Welcome to Tiassic Park." The main grazing lands of the Communistasaurus Tex, just before the big asteroid hit and ...."

This place has begun to look a lot like it did before I came here (under various guises) and made it so famous.

ps. BTW, those spotted owls really are quite tasty with garlic and onions....

      How's it hangin' Tiassa.

I find it interesting, funny, and quite cool, that a (I think?) hetero (and if wrong about that, oops, sorry!) is the biggest defender of gayness here...
I know you were raised with gay parents-read that in the gay fray...

I dunno if I should add heteros being appalling though... Partly because it just seems mean, partly because...too easy a target @ times...;)

To start with the middle, take it up with the administration. For the entire time that this board has had moderators, we have failed to suppress profanity, just like we've failed to suppress stupidity.

As to Prager's article and premise, you'll have to do better than simply insisting. Don't spam the board; perhaps then your threads will stay open longer. But Genovese (or Bystander) Syndrome only affirms that humans are ignorant and frightened, or else exposes a flaw in cultural logic. Milgram's experiments are certainly interesting, but not so simplistic as you have framed them.

I also find it ironic that you support the premise of the human lack of goodness while advocating evil.

(I figured to host this response on my profile, since you won't tolerate it on yours.)

You commented on Dennis Prager's article: "It is a curiously simplistic premise: Bad things happen; therefore, people are inherently not good."

That is emphatically NOT Dennis Prager's premise. You cannot begin with a false premise and reach any valid conclusion based thereon.

Moreover, I find it very offensive to be exposed to the ignorant profanity you permit to remain on your message board. That you elect to retain it only increases the offensiveness.

The Genovese Syndrome stands in stark confirmation of Prager's thesis, that man is not good. Experiments have confirmed this, where adults are willing to torture and electrocute others when ordered to do so.
