Guess who arrived?! My son! Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! We named him Peason Dwight Guedes, after Lester Pearson. We was born on Satuday, March 4th, at 13:49pm, weighting 8.7 pounds and measuring 55 inches long. The labour took some 7 hours. We were rudely forced to wake up at 3:30am. The "pushing phase" actually lasted only 30 minutes. I managed to get some pretty graphic pictures, which I won't show here. I would like to show a picture of me cutting his cord in the opening cerimony, but I can see my wife naked in the background so I won't be posting that... Yaba Daba!!!!!!!!
May this kid not grow up to be a stupid, ignorant, materialistic piece of scum. Congratulation Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Welcome to your new 20 year job. Congrats! You'll never be 'higher in heaven' nor ever 'lower in hell' than during this time. You'll 'raise' each other, but, for me, they raised me more than I them! Whew!!! It was even worth sticking it to that cow in the first place! 5 boys. The best part there is that she left them with me and left. I think that the women plan that 3:30am stuff cause they are just naturally evil.... like goats! You should have heard her after I asked if she could keep it in for another few hours! Ohhhh noooooooo!!!! *__-
raise'em atheist, please =]. well, its probably best to raise him agnostic. brainwashing from either side is bad.
Well, it is more like the rest of my life...! Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! He's the new boss of the family... Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! I will raise him agnotic. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Huumm... the most graphic picture was actually taken by my syster-in-law. It is the picture of my baby coming out, when only his head was outside! Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Anyways... I should go to bed now. I should take advantage that today my wife is still in the hospital with my son, so I won't be woken up in the middle of the night. Well, it's not like yesterday night I woke up, even tough he was right next to me. Still... it's only 5 hours of sleep.......
there is nothing in this world like your child patting you on the cheek and saying da da for the first time. its one of those things that stay with you
Do you have a license for this sort of thing? Congratulations dude! Give him lots of books, and a sibling!
CONGRADULATIONS.... be sure to teach him, early on... its a simple fact... all modern geniuses.. who excel in school are such, because their parents took the time to teach them how to read and how to do math early on. dont expect the schools to teach them... you teach them... and they will have a great advantage... your help. -MT
i agree, i mean: 55 inches!!!, most of us would be luckly to be even 1/4 of that Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Peason? Have you ever thought about how the other children will tease and bully him with that name. Pee son.... Pee Son! tsk tsk
congratulations, but if i may be honest im not feeling the name, that much, but aslong as he likes it when he grows up thats all that matters, peace.
Well, of course. I'm also thinking of putting him in a Waldorf school. Me and my wife really don't like the public system... I'm also already talking with him in Portuguese...
Ha.... maybe it is 55 centimeters? I'm used with centimeters, so it's hard for me to have a concept of how big 55 inches is. But he's indeed a pretty big baby for his age....
