Israel uses elderly as guinea pigs.


Patients in Israeli hospitals, among them the elderly, children and the mentally infirm, have been used as guinea pigs in medical experiments without permission from their legal guardians, according to the country's main government watchdog.

Some children had their eardrums deliberately pierced so that a drug, not approved for medical use anywhere else in the world, could be applied. Such tests needed approval but the hospital did not apply to the ministry.

In another case, a painful procedure using a needle to draw urine from the bladder for testing was performed without the necessary ministry approval.

Unlicensed drugs and invasive procedures were also used on patients, sometimes by researchers who were not even doctors. In one clear conflict of interest the researcher was employed by the commercial company selling the procedure.

And even though any fatality during such clinical tests should be reported to the ministry within 48 hours, it took researchers more than a week to pass on the information in 21 out of 37 deaths. Some took more than a month.

Israeli Cocaine Smugglers get away with it


Israel's ambassador to Britain faces fresh embarrassment after being accused of using diplomatic influence to secure the early release of his daughter from a six-year jail sentence for smuggling cocaine.

The appointment last summer of Zvi Heifetz, 48, a Russian-born lawyer and former newspaper tycoon, was heavily criticised by British-based Jewish groups who pointed to his lack of diplomatic experience and relatively poor grasp of English.

Miss Heifetz was convicted of smuggling 4.5kg of cocaine, with a street value of about £250,000, from Peru to Holland. While Mr Heifetz was being considered for the post in London, he asked the Israeli press not to publicise her conviction, wishing to keep it out of the public gaze.

His daughter's release has not only affected her father's diplomatic career but also damaged the reputation of the Peruvian president, Alejandro Toledo, whose approval ratings have plummeted to just 10 per cent.

Political opponents have accused Mr Toledo, whose Belgian-born Jewish wife, Eliane, holds Israeli citizenship, of intervening to arrange Miss Heifetz's release.

It has also been noted that the chief of the presidential security detail, Avi Dan On, is a former Israeli intelligence official.

Peruvian opposition politicians have seized on television footage of a meeting in a car between the president's brother, Pedro, and Hugo Sosa, a member of the parole board examining Lee Heifetz's case. When they realised that they were being filmed, Mr Sosa covered his face with a newspaper before the car sped off.

Witnesses said Hurndall, 22, was helping Palestinian children avoid Israeli tanks. Hurndall was in a coma for nine months before dying in a London hospital.

Taysir's lawyer, Yariv Ronen, claimed Hurndall died because of malpractice by British doctors. The family dismissed these charges.

The military court found that Taysir shot Hurndall with a sniper rifle using a telescopic sight. It said there was no basis for the claim of malpractice and added that Taysir gave a "confused and even pathetic" version of events to the court.

Estonian police arrested five Israelis for allegedly smuggling more than $7.6 million of highly pure cocaine from Peru into Estonia, a police spokesman said yesterday.

Police arrested the five men, who were not identified by name in line with Estonian custom, on Oct. 11 for allegedly smuggling 43 kilograms of cocaine into the country in the frame of a large metal cogwheel, police spokesman Aivar Pau said.

they had the chance when they occupied Sinai during a war but later decided to give it back. you can see from here they do not wish to fight for more territories.

Oh: about bans. Lots of people have called for bans on each other - I don't doubt others have petitioned James for one on me. They are welcome to do so. I feel that Brian has nothing to contribute to the debate aside from vitriol and hatred, and he's certainly given enough evidence on that score. How does that constitute debate?

The only solution to the Israel/Palestinian situation is this , Palestinians must receive equal citizenship with Israeli's this will allow all Palestinian's to return to Israel , to allow the Palestinians to live where they wish within the borders of present day Israel . Secondly this will allow the Palestinians to form political parties alongside Israeli parties and to allow Palestinians and Israelis to vote in open multi-party , proportionally elected representative elections . This way it will allow this situation in Israel to be settled by democratic means by the MAJORITY !

Israel has created the densely populated urban enviroments in which Palestinians live , it is also the enviroment in which Israel desires to prosecute the savagery against palestinians . HAMAS freedom fighters have no where to go but where they live .

The UN only divided Palestine in 1948 up into Jewish and Palestinian areas . Israel immediately invaded those Palestinian areas in 1948 .

Its based on Lies , if HAMAS's charter says destroy Israel then I have no problem with that , because the Jews had no problem in destroying Palestine .

America forced Israel to give it back because Egypt came into the US orbit of influence , yet the Golan Heights and parts of Lebanon remain in Israeli control .

A safe minority of 1 million , yet Israel obviously claims the West Bank and Gaza as their own , so why not expand this citizenship to incorporate those living inside those ares ?

Israel is simply a state set up for the religious realisation of a Jewish state for Jews only as to realize Biblical prophecy of a return . Unfortunately for the Palestinians they are deemed non-Jewish and because of their numbers made it impossible for those who claim to be diaspora Jews a claer majority in which to rule . So the Palestinians had to be put to flight to reduce their population inside Eretz Israel to facillitate the zionist realization .
