how personal attributes affect the way of knowing???

    I have a problem understanding the term "personal attributes" ...that can be almost anything! Then there's "way of knowing" ...."way" of knowing? Not just KNOWING, but the "way" of knowing?? Nope, just too fuckin' complex for me.
