Should gay men be permitted in men's restrooms and locker room and showers?

I mean, if gay men are attracted to males, isn't that the same as allowing straight men in the women's locker room and showers?

I think we should enact new laws and have new facilities constructed for gays and lesbians. We'd have men's showers, gay's showers, women's showers and lesbian's showers.

Gays want to be recognized as NOT straight men, so....?

No they should not, men and women seperate at those moments because of the sexual attraction they have for one another.

I think homosexuals would know who they are without putting a "tattoo" on their heads.

Maybe homosexuals would like to have there own bathrooms, the bathroom is where many homosexual relationships start and end anyways.

But what I find interesting is ....well, why not? I mean, I've heard many gays make the statements similar to: "Gee, I wonder if he's gay? He's cute!" With the tatoo on their foreheads, there'd be no question and, possibly, "true love" would blossom!! So what's wrong with that?

Well, if gays can go into the men's lockers and showers, then doesn't that mean that straight men are being discriminated against by not being allowed in women's lockers and showers?

And if we can't discriminate against gays, how can we permit discrimination against straight men? I would think that gays would actively support us in that fight for equality, wouldn't they?

Maybe it’s just me but it’s a bathroom. I know I don’t spend my spare time hanging out in the crapper. Go in and get out, if someone take a little too much interest in the bathroom violence is always an option. If you separate bathrooms where does it stop? Isn’t it supposed to be a free country? Not that I think being gay is right or wrong but I’m not about to tell a man where he can piss because of his orientation.

I think i can understand where the question is coming from. however, i dont see it happening anytime soon.

and yes, homosexuals and lesbians (at least the ones who have come out of the closet) don't mind people knowing about their sexual leanings, but they don't announce it on a loud speaker, and tattooing it on their forehead isn't attractive, and they'd never pick up

also, there are still alot of small-minded, insecure dickheads around today, and i can bet that each gay person that walked out of a gay person's bathroom would constantly get coat-hangered by a big muscley straight man.

i dont know about you, but segregating where the gays and straights pee and shower sort of reminds me of the jews wearing gold-star patches on their clothes...

 

I still think homosexuals would like to have there own bathrooms anyways. There are MANY pro-homosexual articles on the fact that these "tearooms" are the main meeting areas for gays.

Lastly, and this is most controversial, bathroom sex is popular with many "out and proud" gay men who enjoy the adventure, the thrill, and even the dangers involved. These men, and not the closet cases, are the ones who write the articles, guide books and web sites that tell their brothers - and the cops and the press - which parks and tearooms are cruisy.
