All movies just make me sad.. lord of ling? that's the funniest thing i've heard in my life so far. lord of the rings was probably the second worst movie i've seen. the best movie ever is vampire hunter d: bloodlust... maybe not, but it's good i think.

    Ever seen Dune, the movie?

That movie is so abysmally shitty, and fails so spectacularly in trying to be serious, it deserves points for its sheer shittiness. I mean, it takes brains to come up with a movie that mentally retarded.

When the idiot dramatically said "I've loved you all my life" to a woman he's just met and seen for about two minutes, I just fell out of my chair. Nonstop laughter through the whole movie.

I'm hoping the books aren't that shitty.

Is it just me, or is this like saying that 'crime and punishment' is the best 'movie' because it shows the internal torment of a young student in Russia, when intellectual ideas and emotional reality clash with each other.

    Devil in Mrs. Johnes.
    The Green Door.
    Debie Does Dallas
    Star Wars
    The Matrix
    The Fith Element
    The Exorcist

The Devil in Mrs. Johnes was a good movie cause it was the first to push the envelope on pornographic movies.

I can't remember which came first. The Exorcist or The Green Door. but both pushed the envelope in horror movies.

Star Wars the best sci-fi of all time.

The Matrix. No one can disprove the concept.

Debie Does Dallas, was the movie that put porn on the map!.

The Fith Element. A good what if?

I saw a documentary recently about a bunch of smelly crack addict types who were squatting in a disused building in Montreal. The funniest scene was the one where their "council" decided to eject two of their number into the night for whatever inscrutible reason. The irony was so heavy you couldn't cut it with a stolen squeegy.
