Is there any place where you can get free music without having to sign up or pay anything? I know one place, but you only get to choose from 10 songs a month, and I don't like pop music much, I only listen to Country. So, live365 isn't the place for me to get free music.

p.s. This western hidden information saying through *cough* amazes me, because even if said out loud, anyone who doesn't use hearing aids gets it. So what's the use? Trying to appear within law and/or politically correct?

p.p.s. Some pesty official in US could be browsing sciforums and noting what people use the most to get music and apps. I'd do that.

Just download Kazaa Revolution, Bearshare, Limewire, Ares, MinMX or one of the many P2P programs.

We discussed free music sites a while ago - in THIS THREAD. I had requested that people limit the submissions to legal sites, and I think most, if not all, of them are.
Unfortunately, country is one genre of music I don't listen to very much, and consequently I don't know of many sites that deal specifically with it.
Chances are that if you're looking for mainstream music, and you want to do it legally, you'll have to pay for it. Alot of musicians are making their music available under far freer licenses now though - such as the Creative Commons license. You might be able to find a few country artists who are allowing free distribution of their music.
