With the help of my brother, the Governor of Florida, and my father's appointments to the Supreme court, I became President after losing by over 500,000 votes. ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT: I invaded and occupied two countries at a continuing cost of over one billion dollars per week. I am the first president in U.S. history to enter office with a criminal record. I spent the U.S. surplus and effectively bankrupted the U.S. Treasury. I shattered the record for the largest annual deficit in U.S. history. I set an economic record for most private bankruptcies filed in any 12-month period. I set the all-time record for the biggest drop in the history of the U.S. stock market. I set the all-time record for most days on vacation in any one year period. In my first year in office, after taking off the entire month of August, I presided over the worst security failure in U.S. history, resulting in the disaster of 9-11. I am supporting development of a nuclear "Tactical Bunker Buster," a WMD. In my State Of The Union Address, I lied about our reasons for attacking Iraq, then blamed the lies on our British friends. I set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips by a U.S. president. In my first year in office more than 2-million Americans lost their jobs, and that trend continues every month. I have cut health care benefits for war veterans, and I support a cut in duty benefits for active duty troops and their families in war time. Internationally, I have set the all-time record for the most people worldwide to simultaneously protest me in public venues (15 million people), shattering the record for protests against any person in the history of mankind. I have broken more international treaties than any president in U.S history. I am proud that the members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in U.S. history. I am the first president in U.S. history to order an unprovoked, pre-emptive attack and the military occupation of a sovereign nation. I did so against the will of the United Nations, the majority of U.S. citizens, and the world community. I garnered the most sympathy for the U.S. after the World Trade Center attacks and less than a year later made the U.S. the most hated country in the world, the largest failure of diplomacy in world history. I am first president in history to have a majority of Europeans (71%) view my presidency as the biggest threat to world peace and security. I changed U.S. policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded government contracts. Did anybody ever take the opportunity to look at the U.S. map of Red/Blue counties? 2000 and 2004 both looked pretty good for Bush. The Red counties looked more representative. And Bush got the popular vote in 2004 as well! He must be doing something right. 'Course the Bush haters will never agree.
As well?.....as well as what? he lost the popular vote in 2000(a fact that you seem to be avoiding) Bush also won with the smallest margin of victory for a sitting president in U.S. history in terms of the percentage of the popular vote in 2004..... Kerry also received more votes than any candidate in any previous U.S. election Aside from the 2000 election (which Bush won by just 5 votes in the Electoral College), it was the smallest margin of victory won in the Electoral College since 1916....nothing to brag about

And that is supposed to prove what? In case you fell asleep in your highschool civics class, the President is elected by the electoral college. That's what the Constitution says. BTW, he's the third to win the electoral college while losing the popular vote. But he won! Again, so what? But Bush won more! I'm not bragging. Just remember that it was Johnson who started the Vietnam War over a false pretext, Carter who gave us double digit interest rates AND double digit inflation, and Klinton who got his blow jobs under the desk in the oval office while failing to get UBL on three occasions setting up 9/11!
Can you remember what Bush did and is still doing? Started the iraq war a totally unnecessary war, with which the two main reasons we went to the war were proven totally false. Nearly tripled the number of americans experiencing long term unemployment. Went from a 5.6 TRILLION dollar projected surplus to a 5.2 TRILLION dollar projected deficit. Since Truman there were an average number of 135,000 jobs created per month. Under Bush there was a -79000 average amount of jobs created per month. But this is nothing compared to when bill clinton got a blow job from monica lewinski. How many people have ever cheated on there wives/husbands? Millions. How many people have done all this in four years? Only one person, and thats George W.

My Two Cents: Bush isn't a great head of state, but he's a damn fine politician. And he's definatly not as dumb as he puts on. Yes, puts on.
The only people who think he is dumb are those dumb enough to not wonder why, for going on five years know, liberals repeat endlessly that Bush is dumb.
