Think about porn magazines, someone has to edit those letters to the editor, right? What is that person like? What made them take the job? Better yet, is "doggie style" hyphenated? All this and more is answered at salon.com:

Typically, you hyphenate two words when they will be used together as an adjective.

    "They did it doggy style"
"His proclivity for doggy-style sex made her suspect that he didn't find her all that attractive.

We call it Rodeo sex, you take your partner from behind, call her by another name , and see how long you can stay on for

You have to either subscribe to salon.com or watch a commercial.

I used to think "cum" was illiterate - now I realise it's the accepted word for the process and may as well be the official spelling. I would quibble with several of those editorial decisions myself - not only should doggie style not be hyphenated, but blow job should be two words.
