    umm restart it and then go into your bois and look around there will probably be a option for hot-key power on and then you can just set it so you press a key combination to turn on your computer

    if its the button thats broken, you can just get a new one from some electronic shop and put that on.

    if you have put in new devices lately you can have exceded your PSU limits
