That point in space, where the acceleration due to gravity towards the Earth, equals the acceleration due to gravity towards the Moon. That is, if you are a slight amount closer to the Moon, you will start to fall into it, if you were slightly closer to the Earth, you would start to fall into that. Yeah? Just curious...
