I have seen a lot, dead bodies, autopsy photos, and other things I’d rather not mention. But I have never seen something so vile and disgusting as a hemorrhoid! Sorry I was truly disgusted at the sight of one. I always wondered what a hemorrhoid really looked like, so I googled it and I was shocked at the disgusting nature of the haemorrhoid, god it does look painful. How about a prolapse of the bowels? There was another thread awhile back that linked to a bunch of pics from rotten.com. One of them was a prolapsed bowel from a weight lifter. In case you don't know what a prolapsed bowel is, its basically your ass hanging out. Very, very disgusting. I suppose it would be similar to a hemmorhoid but a hemmorhoid times 1000.

If I did top why wouldn't I just get a mirror and do some contorted Yoga moves? No I was thinking about it due to a post made by another poster about "intelligent design".
Do hemorroids usually get that bad? Or are those the worst? How can someone go through something like that?? I can't even imagine the pain of those cursed people trying to take a crap.
Well, in the link provided, it said something along the lines of it not being treated unless it bothers the patient. So, um... yeah, I guess that's how it gets to those stages.... But there are things that can be done, if I remember well from that link, like change of diet and activites or something.
