What space? I have my space, and you have yours. THen there's outside space, indoor space, and outer space, could you clarify?
Well, there are about 6.5 billion people total (like dream walker said, they all live in space). There is a current crew of 2 in the ISS but there will be 4 for a little while when they swap out.(they may have already changed crews, I am not sure when they were going to do that.) Also, no humans live in space permanently so I guess you could say none live in space, 2-4 visiting (although the number visiting varies), and 6.5 billion on earth.
I don't mean to offend ya, but what ya said sounds like something out of Dr. Seuss. Some people technically live in the International Space Station.
