^^^ surely thats just implying that there are two kinds of intelligence. which one are we talking about here? men rule the world, yet in [first-world countries] women have been allowed to make an impact for a fair while. since men and women are, so you say, fairly equal, what is setting these two genders apart? is society still so predukiced/ stereotyped, etc?
What is setting them apart? Well, education for one part. I suppose it took women some time to overcome the old and teached position of women in society. And they fought while men were sitting in the high positions, not caring nor fearing women because those were otherwise occupied. Also, it seems that the male gender has some physical advantages, seems to me that men are stronger and thus they can bodily influence others. Meaning that there is control in making others fear you. As another point, women may be more emotional (really, I cannot tell since I am a man, but it looks like that to me) as men, meaning that they are not nearly as ruthless and uncaring as males, and this obstucts their way in our modern society.
can any one name anything (sport, intelligence, etc.) that women are visible better at i proposed this to my school no one can come up with a decent answer
Well, I would say there is nothing in which women are notably better, since they have the same potential as males. As a consequence, it can not be said that women are generally better than men in some thing or another. But hey, perhaps women are better dancers, just as an idea.
what your saying was definelty true.... but it isnt now. technically it only takes a couple of generations for that all to change. and those are almost/are up. women are treated much more fairly than they were. and if it isnt equal it almost is. in a world where it seems 9 tenths of everything seems to be admin. (?) physical attributes dont come into play. e.g. politics. the very people who run the world (unless you believe in all that mason stuff) are not physically intimidating. i cant see blair up in someones face saying' 'and what chu gonna do?' whilst flexing his muscles..... nah. maybe... cant argue with that, its generally true.... but just as in the physical thing, in a generation it will either not matter or will in fact be a good thing. only time will tell that though.
Well, old men teach young men, thus the old teachings might still exist. Also, women are not regarded as equal in other lands, while the male rule seems to be generally accepted worldwide, thus, high ranking politicians, managers and the like have less poblems in this globalizing world when they are male.
someone said dancers but there is a russian ballet company with only males and they are one of the best in the world dancers and singers are not really able to be judged for most females can hit higher notes whilst males can hit the lower ones

yes, but not always do the old inflict a 100% view on the young. views are also moulded by the world around and so this results in a slow deterioration of the old ideas.

I'm sorry, but you seem not to understand the importance of the mother's milk in the early development of a child. It's HUGE. Not to mention the importance of being cared. At some point in human history, a king made an experiemnt where all the babies were well fed but didn't have the presence and care of the mother. More then 90% died as a result. with todays technology mothers milk is not needed thats only a myth many mothers simply refuse to breastfeed so that blows that out
so you're still saying that males are the smarter sex? maybe we're all simply stupid, if we were so damned smart maybe we'd figure out a way to avoid all of the petty arguing and just get along and evolve.
