Why do we exist? These are 4 of the most popular answers to that question. 1. For no reason. We just exist. (Atheism) 2. We are all God and part of God. (Pantheism) 3. Our temporary existance is an just illusion. There are other dimensions of existance. (Buhdism?) 4. God created us all so we exist. (Theism) How do we know who is right?
It takes work to live. Things want the least work possible, so in theory, we should not exist, therefore our very existence is an unlogical enigma. This makes no sense at all, because surly a person is no divided against himself. If this were true, wouldn't we all be united? This is essentionaly the same as atheism in the sense that we exist somewhere, but there is no purpose. According to this phillosophy, there could be an infinate dimensions, the only purpose is to reach the next one.

let me rephrase: surly a peorson of power cannot surivive long if there is no unity. But if right now is only a mirage, then how do you know "enlightenment" won't be the same. It becomes an endless cycle. a. I own no gun b. I believe life has a purpose, otherwise I would have, and I would have killed as many others as I could also.
and what makes you think there is no unity here? how does a christian know heaven won't be an eternal torment? that would make you both suicidal and a sociopath, but that does not mean atheists are also thus.
People kill each other every day over religious differances. faith There is no right or wrong and there is no purpose to life, so thus what do words like suicidal and sociopath mean to me? Absolutly nothing! There is no such thing as justice for I am dead and there is nothing else of me and no punishment for me.
probably a generalization, but i'll accept it. but aren't we united in our wants? to live, love, be happy, and all of that trash? and for so many deaths occurring due to religious belief, is the whole of humanity crumbling? you have introduced a new argument here. you too think atheists have no morals? that we are unable to live as a part of society?
