I've only seen the first season, does it get funnier? I thought it was refreshingly balanced, as he mocks everyone pretty equally but in 12 episodes I probably only laughed out loud 6 or 7 times. It's certainly funnier than most comedies on now but then again so is 60 Minutes, to be honest I'm not really sure what the big deal is about his show. But, as I said I've just seen season 1 so far. Most of my favorite shows took a couple of seasons to grow on me.
The second season started off strong and kinda collapsed towards the hand. Comedy Central's rerunning them to all shit, though, so it shouldn't be that hard to catch.
