The only way to determine winners and losers is to go by the reason us humans get into wars in the first place. Power/money.

Losers - Saddam and his followers. Lotsa money & power lost.
Winners - Halliburton and other contract winners. Lotsa money there to go round. Whoever ends up running iraq is a winner. Bush? I think he may lose his job over it so I don't think he'll end up a winner...

Haha, yeah we know that he used to have them because Regan and American companies sold him not only chemical weapons, but the helicopters they needed to use as a platform for them. Guess Bush was awfully surprised to realize that Saddam had used 'em all up, it would have been very convenient if he'd have kept a few safe and unused just in case! Oh well.

You are right. They have freedom to tolerate the lackeys of the United States of America. THey have the freedom to be blown up ever at the time they are mourning the death anniversary of their religious leaders.
While Saddam was in power _ I do not support him and the way he ruled - these things did not happen there. thanks

    Letitbe,
You seem to be straddling the ol' proverbial fence. Is it better that we are there or not? Should they be left alone to fight it out?
