Why differences? There are other monkeys like that in every country, belonging to every race, nationality, etc imaginable. Um, is she in that sand place for children, or that sand place for dogs...
So what, they can't afford cheeseburgers in France? Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Hi: Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Why monkeys? In the first picture, I see a woman waiting. What for? I cannot imagine. In the second picture, I see three women at a table, one of them is plump. I see no monkeys there, just lovely human beings. Lovely pictures, thanks
I would call that obese. And I also object to the use of 'monkeys' to describe a phenomenon like that. We all know that monkeys tend to climb trees and no monkey like that has ever climbed a tree.
It used to be that when I saw an obese person (here in the US) that I had to force myself not to stare. Sadly, it seems I'm getting so used to the sight these days that now I barely even notice. I think what we're seeing is an epidemic that has hit the US first. I recently saw a BBC program which claimed the UK is second in the incidence of obesity per capita with Germany coming in third. I had my body-fat measured at the gym a few months ago (using a caliper and look-up tables). I measured 11.4% body fat. I'm 5' 10" (178cm) and weigh 178 lbs (81kg). Perhaps we could do a non-scientific sampling by country? What is your nationality, height and weight (or body fat percentage)? Michael
