Even after dangling a baby out the window in Germany, admitting to sleeping with children, and now this, my news cast was reporting local music shops were selling out of his newest CD which is a collection of some of his most popular songs.

These people need to leave Michael the fuck alone. I've never heard of anybody in history that has to put up with such serious cases of lies and false allegations. Jackson has never molested anybody. I can't believe they are doing this to him now.

Then you have these idiots walking around that don't even do a fLIcks worth of research thinking these allegations are in any way shape or form true. This is such a prime example of the damage rumors and slander can do.

There's a special here on TV on sunday called "michael jacksons private home movies" or something and its billed as "the footage you were never meant to see", in the commercial there's scary music and in the background you can see michael tearing his shirt off as he chases a crying child in slow motion.
Don't know what thats all about, can't wait to find out

Whats sad is that the parents of the young boys allow their children to go over to MJ's ranch while they stay at home. It would seem that the real felons are the PARENTS for allowing their kids to even go there.

MJ has never been found guilty of pedophila that I can ever recall, or anything that I can think of.

Around 10 years ago (give or take), a young boy accused micheal jackson of molesting him. However, jackson paid the family of the boy like 10 million dollars, and, as a result, they decided not to go to court with it or press charges. Both the family and jackson wanted to keep this a secret and prevent the public from finding out, but some lawyers blew it wide open

I suggest you get your facts together because you obviously have NO clue what the hell you're talking about.

    Why?
They want to make money so they send their child over to Mike's place, then sue him.

Then the parents are real slime balls IMO. To allow their own kids to be sexually assaulted or not isn't very good for the kids well being. Since MJ has never been found guilty in court of pedophila we won't ever know for certain what he might have done.

He hasn't been proven guilty. In this case considering my understanding of the information I've been exposed to thus far, I don't see any cause to have the slightest doubt about Michael's innocence. What the fuck solid proof do you have that he did anything?

All that is apparent is the power of rumors. It’s so easy. In my interpretation, it’s so obvious.

Michael's probably the kindest person I've ever known of. I think his personality is pretty damn solid and exemplary. I think the world would do damn well to have more people with such sophistication. He's such a good person, and I really hate seeing people take advantage of him in this way.

I also find it interesting that this is all happening the same day his CD came out. It might mean something, it might not.
Apparently, the bond is set at 3mil? Somebody is getting Michael's money.

They know he's not molesting the kids. Get a clue. It's a set up. The strategy is to let your child sleep over with a rich person that is well known to be eccentric/peculiar in his mannerisms, and accuse him of molesting your kid.

In my opinion MJ is unfortunate freak - regardless the fact he is pedophile or not - his plastic operations, his obsessions, his paranoia, the role he willingly plays. I feel really sorry for him and I do not envy him his wealth and fame. He is very much a victim of his own parents as well as show business machinery.
As for pedophilia case - I think that there is good chance he is guilty - not only because he paid that money some years ago (he might pay it just to be left alone, but than it would be very bad move - if those parents were nothing but blackmailing him, than he just encouraged others to follow the suit.) - he also married quickly - sounds like he wanted to prove he is "normal" as well as to divert the attention of public to some other direction.

Either way it is sad. Nothing to rejoice about. My personal advice - ignore it.

I just have a hard time believing MJ was guilty of molesting that boy ten years ago. If it were my child, there isn't any amount of money that would stop me from wanting justice served.

Yes, but there is also a question what exactly is meant by the word "molest". MJ might stepped over boundaries but did not cause any actual harm.

By molest, it means that MJ had sexual intentions with the child.

I think it was a bad move to pay to, but it doesn't prove anything.
You obviously don't know the real reason behind why he paid. So I don't know why you would think he's most likely guilty.

Those allegations - that Jackson had molested a 13-year-old boy - instigated a multimillion-dollar lawsuit, two grand-jury investigations and a shameless media circus. Jackson, in turn, filed charges of extortion against some of his accusers. Ultimately, the suit was settled out of court for a sum that has been estimated at $20 million; no criminal charges were brought against Jackson by the police or the grand juries.

It is, of course, impossible to prove a negative - that is, prove that something didn't happen. But it is possible to take an in-depth look at the people who made the allegations against Jackson and thus gain insight into their character and motives. What emerges from such an examination, based on court documents, business records and scores of interviews, is a persuasive argument that Jackson molested no one and that he himself may have been the victim of a well-conceived plan to extract money from him.

Ok for you geniuses that think know what's going on, I'm really getting the impression that you're utterly clueless:

MJ's van broke down, and he ended up at a car rental agency. The owner of the agency, Shwartz, called his wife so she could tell her son.
(Shwartz was not the boy's father.)
The boy was already a huge MJ fan, so the mother decided to bring the kids over to meet MJ.
Eventually the became close with MJ. They visited the ranch regularly, and they even went on trips all over.

The boy's real father, Chandler, was a dentist that was pretty much a dead beat. He was sued a number of times for malpractice, but he managed to have a fairly successful business himself.
He didn't give a shit about the boy until he found out the boy was hanging with MJ. He invited MJ and the kids to stay over at his place for a few days. Chandler then became friends with MJ.

But MJ showed more attention to the mother, and didn't give Chandler much time. Chandler became jealous. He saw that MJ and the kid slept together in the same bed, but knew it was nothing sexual. People sleep in the same bed with their friends all the time. It doesn't mean that they're screwing.

There was a taped phone conversation between Chandler and Shwartz.

"It's already set. There are other people involved that are waiting for my phone call that are in certain positions. I've paid them to do it. Everything's going according to a certain plan that isn't just mine. Once I make that phone call, this guy [his attorney, Barry K. Rothman, presumably] is going to destroy everybody in sight in any devious, nasty, cruel way that he can do it. And I've given him full authority to do that. And if I go through with this, I win big-time. There's no way I lose. I've checked that inside out. I will get everything I want, and they will be destroyed forever. June will lose [custody of the son] ...and Michael's career will be over."

"Does that help [the boy]?" Schwartz asked.

"That's irrelevant to me," Chandler replied. "It's going to be bigger than all of us put together. The whole thing is going to crash down on everybody and destroy everybody in sight. It will be a massacre if I don't get what I want."

This is the origin of the RUMOR. From that point on, the media pretty much made MJ out to be a child molester. MJ had no sexual intentions what so ever. Over and over throughout the years, MJ has had to face scrutiny because of Chandler's plan. What's happening now is an after effect of this stupid rumor. MJ never actually had any sexual intentions in the first place. It's all a fucked up game.

even if hes not a child molester, he is CLEARLY INSANE

    a) he calls himself Peter Pan and plays in trees while being interviewed
    b) he lives in a childish fantasy world, apart from reality
    c) he sleeps in a bed with children, even if its not sexual, do you see some sort of mental disturbance?

hes a freak and hes washed out. i dont think hes molested children, i just dont think he has matured past the point of a child's mentality, and that makes him a danger to his children and other's children(ex: dangling his baby OVER a balcony, the child was SOLEY supported by jackos arm across its NECK)
