    Hello

I'm worried about myself lately. Everytime when I start lying in bed at bedtime, I can seldom get to sleep. I mean, I can still recognize my senses at that time (like knowing whether my head's on my pillow or not) for as long as 3-4 hours compared to my 8 hours sleep. Is this insomnia?
For consideration: I often sleep very late, and when I start sleeping a bit earlier, that happens. But sometimes when I'm still late, that happens in shorter time (say, 2 instead of 3).

    Sounds like me . . .

I have insomnia almost every night. My mind is racing at a million miles per hour about all sorts of topics. I hear you big time on this one.

I know how you guys feel, I've never been able to sleep!! Its kind of a horrible feeling, but you'll get used to it! There are things you can do to try to help yourself deal with it, but often it will pass with time. I always think, I will sleep when I am tired enough.
