No. Potatoes are mostly starch and carbs and they can work against your fat ass if you're trying to lose weight.

The juice: well it depends. Is it all natural? and how much of it do you intake? Much like every other food it is bad if consumed in large quantities daily.

Salads aren't the most appetizing of the foods but they are quite beneficial to you if prepared and served correctly.......garnishing them with oils and fatty dressings is defeating the purpose of the hell hole food.

Well then better to incorporate more nutrition into your diet. Potatoes and juice aren't enough.

    There are four food groups:

    -Fruits and vegetables
    -Meat products
    -Milk Products
    -Grain products

Acording to the Canadian Food Guide, (or some name like that) a healthy diet must concist of all 4 types of food. The exact number of servings you must eat daily I do not remember... I can get it upon request.

Eating only potatos and drinking fruit juice wil not take you very far... that diet misses a lot of nutrition.

That is what the Canadian Food Guide says, but my dad does not trust them... (wierd, he?) He believes that milk products cannot be taken with meat products.... believes it is not healthy, and that since the Food Guide tells that it is best to include all 4 groups in your meals, he says they are idiots.

So there you go, I hope that helps.

Some people get nauseous after such a mix.

Um, if you want to find out whether your juice is a healthy drink, leave it on your desk for a week or two, see what it turns into. Juices can be too hard on your stomach and teeth enamel. Potatoes are fine (natural food, people!). However, that does not have enough vitamins in it, you need other fruits and vegetables. Try fresh tomatoes, cucumbers... no? Doesn't have to be a salad. Apples are good.

you still seem to be alive so apparently you are doing fine with your vitamine intake. Keep up the good work.

maybe eat some brussels sprouts once in a while.

Probably. However they're hard on your stomach, drink them in moderation; for example, if you have an ulcer (which many of my age have), don't drink juices eat the fruit. Potatoes alone will not give you all the vitamins needed from vegetables, they're just better than pasta
