So if its unlawfull, than American was built on unlawfull violence (Sons of Liberty, were a terrorist group) Whats the real danger of Terrorism, I think its the fear of dieing, rather than acualy dieing. 9/11 was a tragic thing dont get me wrong, but more people die from drowning or car acidents each year. I think the goverment is useing the fear of the people to do what ever it pleases.

I read on CNN that some soldiers had been killed in iraq during an ambush by terrorists who fired an RPG at thier vehicle... I was surprised to find that bath party loyalists or Iraqi nationalists are terrorists too.

If a rebel or a forign national is a terrorist then who else is? I heard the Washington DC snyper is being tried under some patriot act provisions, does that mean that serial killers are terrorists too? Hey why not normal murderers too. Heck couldnt any law breaker be a terrorist? I mean those laws are there for a reason, and the thought of them being broken sure is terrifying.
