    As far as we are dealing with Sci-Fi (Pffff... Asimo!), I've got no doubt : T-1000 is the best robot! Of course T-X is fine too, but its skeleton is a problem...

    Perhaps thats what a few thousand years of innovation lets you do. The theoretical minimum size for a fusion reactor is hardly bigger than the atoms its reacting. You just need a bunch of new science.

    Would you perfer a robot with a tesseract engine?

    I'd have to agree with WellCookedFetus,
    That gorgeous Cyborg from Ghost in the shell,
    I think that would be actually cool. Just remove the brain and the spinal cord and viola...the rest goes down in anime history.

    try Battle Angel Alita, maybe she is a better robot/cybrog for you. Fusion power plant, supersonic speed, plasma cutting blade, ect.
