The massive underlying instinct i suppose. Even the most simple possible organisms replicate, which is what set off very vague semi-ideas about a consciousness driving force in the universe for me. Not in a creator sense; not somethign external to any/all plane(s) of existance. Something as part of existance that powerfully drives to replicate to form some sort of balance(??), a level of something that relentless replicating of organic structures is heading towards, or to keep. Or in the level of conscious presence that exists. It's this i'm thinking about the most at the moment.
What does a higher level of conscious presence achieve, and for what?
Is consciousness a branch of something that drives to maintain itself, and are 'individuals' branches of consciousness that are oddly oblivious to their connection to the whole?

Why should it be difficult, no, impossible, for us to see the point in existing???
IS it that consciousness is abundant in the universe, an overlapping realm, that only 'recognises' itself in connections with complex organic systems, humans here on Earth. If they are originally totally separate, does one drive the other to continue in a sort of non-physical lust to 'be'.
I get lost in this. I want to expand. I have questions and need clues and alternative viewpoints...(think salvia would help?)

The purpose of existence rests with the source of existence. It certainly doesn't rest with any effect of existence.

appologies for lack of any real structured answer, and rambling vague repetitions.

To see which will win; Good or evil? Existence is a necessity, not a causality or a triviality; just neccessary!

ive got your answer. Try to not exist and see if you can do it. Its really really hard. I cant make myself plunge into despair and kill myself, or just drop to the ground and not move or breath till i die, something alwayse interrupts me or distracts me.

    Spymoose:

Does this mean that only truly skilled people can kill themselves? Is it possible that life exists only to be destroyed by one's self? That would be truly sick...Think of the possibilities...One is a failure if they are murdered, successful, rich, poor, etc. This would mean that the most correct people on Earth are sitting at home taking a tremendous amount of pills, boarding planes to crash into buildings, buying guns for inexorable situations, and lying naked in bath tubs with open wrists surrounded by bloody water. I don't mean this as an insult, it is just an odd new perspective that I am joyfully meandering though.

Personally, I am immortal until someone else kills me. I have tried multiple forms of suicide, but none of them worked...maybe I'm just bad at it...but on the other hand, it is nice to know that I am immortal.

No, only very dedicated people can. You hear a lot of people procrastinate about it but these people hardly ever do it. It takes a dedicated person to really go over that edge, not just somone who says "The world sucks i wish i were dead"

As for the rest of your post ill assume that was on the topic in generarl and not to me spacificly because I didnt say it was normal or the proper way of things to try to cease to be.

Isn't this just a generalization of the question why are here?

do you even know what a generalization is?

I do know what a generaliztion is. However, I forget what my exact thought processes were at the time. Let me get back to you when I remember (right brain kicks in when my left gets lazy... damn random thinking)

I guess it is pretty similare to the question why are we here. (It may have a little to do with purpose, since that most likely is your motivation)

Some people exist because they deside too, some exist out of habit.

    I think therefore I am

So once you realize your own existance do you live consciously or do you return to a habit ridden consciousness?

the meaning may be in the question, not the answer . . .

the why's are unknowable, humans seem to make up myths and explanations to explain them. . . what it comes down to is what makes life live-able for you.

I don't know why we exist. No one knows. Maybe we exist because we are necessary...

That's a poetic slip of the pen.

I suspect that if YOU haven't got a reason then there isn't any reason.

    *in best cartman voice*

    because i'm hella cool.

Why exist? Do you think it was an option? Did you mean "why not cease to exist?" I mean, asking me "why exist?" implies I chose to - which I couldn't have if I didn't exist. Regardless, now that I'm here.. the question becomes "why not cease to exist?" and to that I answer the above cartmanlike thing.

I love the friends that come and go.
I love :m: and good conversation.
    I love living the porn.
I love my family a bunch! My kids are awesome.
    I love a good game.

Oh man, screw this... life kicks ass. If you can't handle it, please kill yourself.

I have nothing else to do.

I wouldn't hesitate to end with a bullet if it was the best course of action. I was told a long time ago that Ernest Hemmingway killed himself because we had nothing more to say. That was somewhat inspiring to me, until I learned he was severely depressed, especially after undergoing electroshock therapy and losing his memory. Still, I think suicide could be useful.

In a bed with the last stages in a disease == bullet.

Floating in the ocean with big shadows swimming under me and brushing my leg, can't fall asleep or I'll drown == bullet.

Stuck in a burning anything with no chance == bullet.

    Losing my mind == bullet.

Nothing left to contribute, and nothing left to do == bullet. (I'd try not to let this happen, so I'd probably go insane before that.)

But if someone forces me to endure my existence, when the proper course of action clearly requires a bullet, well that would be plain suck. == depression.

It's a foolproof plan, because if you incorrectly choose the bullet, you don't have to worry about it.
