If you steal or rob a robber, took his moneys (which he robbed from other victims), are you a thief or robber too? Is it ok for me to kill a drug lord, and took his drug money to do charity? Is that justified?
Killing is killing, murder is murder. Looking for a justification for murder seems to me to be a path which should best be avoided.
You might be prosecuted for receiving stolen goods. In fact, you might even be prosecuted for theft, yourself. Which would make you a thief, I guess. It is not okay for you to murder anybody. What's wrong with you?
Yes, at least in the UK. Theft is the stealing of property in possession or control of another, irrespective of who actually owns it. That is a matter of your own personal moral code. Society at large, and the laws of most (if not all) countries, however, would say that it is morally and legally wrong.
Yes. It isn't "his" money. It belongs to his victims. No. No matter what you think he's done, he's entitled to a fair trial by the proper authorities. You can't just decide that somebody is a "drug lord" and appoint yourself judge, jury and executioner.
