    What is "neutral"?
    I think neutral is meaningless.
    You either agree or disagree.

Say those choices were to a question: "Is there a God?"

    Neutral would mean you're agnostic.

I don't have enough information to have an opinion.

I take it to mean that you have no opinion about the topic, either way. In personality tests that employers use to assess employees, I’ve learned that choosing “neutral” can appear to others as indecisive, so maybe better to consider the other options.

"Neutral" means that the question is meaningless to you.

Shift it into neutral at the top of the mountain and hang on for a wild ride.

if it means meaningless it should get a score of zero, not 3.

If the goal of the test is to learn about you, why would you lie and state an opinion when you truly don't have one?

If you asked me about fashionable women's hats, I would choose 'neutral' - because I have zero opinion on them.
