    Hello Marvin the Martian

Marvin the Martian is an extraterrestrial character from Warner Bros.' Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons. He frequently appears as a villain in cartoons and video games, and wears a helmet and skirt. The character was voiced by Mel Blanc, Joe Alaskey, Bob Bergen and Eric Bauza, among others.

    NOT on Perservence but
Marvin's likeness appears in miniature on the Spirit rover on Mars as well as on the mission launch patch.

It depends on the binary code. In 8 bit ascii, "Dare Mighty Things" would be :
    010001000110000101110010011001010010000001001101011010010110011101101000011101000111100100100000101010001101000011010010110111001100111 01110011
    (spaces and capitalization included)
However, you don't technically need to use all 8 bits (The leading bit is always 0), so you could trim it to:
    100010011000011110010110010101000001001101011010011100111110100011101001111001010000101010011010001101001110111011001111110011
(caveat: while I endeavored to make this accurate, this is a long string of ones and zeros, so I can't promise that an error didn't slip in

The following "crackpot idea" has "Artistic Value" that can be transformed into "Educational Value", "Diplomatic Value" and yes....."Economic Value"..... and there are a number of ways to do that little thing! (those last eleven words are now a link........ but I will need to give this some more thought as I finish up my shift as a janitor?!?!
