One hundred forty-three cases of fraud using mailed ballots over the course of 20 years comes out to seven to eight cases per year, nationally. It also means that across the 50 states, there has been an average of three cases per state over the 20-year span. That is just one case per state every six or seven years. We are talking about an occurrence that translates to about 0.00006 percent of total votes cast. Heritage Foundation.

That's like sticking a knife in a political opponent, then saying "but look, he's seriously injured. You sure you want to vote for someone who might not make it? I mean, common sense, people!"

Trump's appointee is the REASON the USPS is failing. He's admitted that his goal is to reduce service.
They have proven highly RESISTANT to fraud - much more resistant than in person voting. Again, get out of your right wing news bubble and do some outside research.
To Trump, it makes a lot of sense. He saves money and he disenfranchises voters who will vote against him. Win-win for him. (The US loses of course, but a win for Trump pretty much means a loss for the US.)

So you're only gripe was "single-handedly". Okay.

No, the USPS has been failing since 2007.

Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!

The number of delivery addresses (requiring more routes, vehicles, manpower, etc.) has been steadily increasing, while the usage (self-sustained funding) has precipitously dropped since 2007.
The U.S. Postal Service lost money in six out of the 10 years from 2001 through 2010, according to its financial reports. By the end of the decade, the semi-independent government agency's losses had reached a record $8.5 billion, forcing the Postal Service to consider seeking an increase in its $15 billion debt ceiling or face insolvency.
    https://www.thoughtco.com/postal-service-losses-by-year-3321043

Bare assertion, contradicted by sources I've already cited.

No, it's the Democrats with mail-in ballot schemes disenfranchising voters.
But go ahead, show me all the in-person voter fraud. You know, aside from voter impersonation, in Democrats states that patently refuse to check voter IDs.

still not failing. still being sabotaged. the losses are almost completely attributable to the republican requirement for funding retirement 70 years in advance.

impossible their are no factual sources that show massive fraud like you suggest. even reputable rightwing sources show their is no fraud.

i do not think that word means what you think it does. so democrats trying to make sure people can vote safely is denying them the vote?
it doesn't happen. there is no fraud either way.voter impersonation doesn't happen on a statistically significant level. your pushing rightwing conspiracy theories that have no basis in fact.

    Sabotaged? Since 2007?
Wait, are you blaming it on Social Security?

The NYT, WP, and PBS would beg to differ that mail-in ballots are rife with problems. And Heritage has detailed list of voter fraud instances, convictions, etc..

No, Democrats wanting a voting system even less secure than our southern border, and for pretty much the same reasons.

Who said voter impersonation was statistically significant? Quit pushing straw men.

    #boycott | #priorities

In what appears to be a deleted tweet°, conservative author and failed congressional candidate DeAnna Lorraine lamented:

Dolly Parton just said she supports Black Lives Matter.

    My heart is literally broken.

    Guess it's time to #BoycottDolly.

A couple of points stand out, here:

    • Really? This literally breaks her heart?

    • Yes, actually, #BoycottDolly is precisely what she is supposed to do if it's really that important to her.

Meanwhile, don't get Lorraine started on glory holes.°°

political campaigning in the workplace, University's & Schools should be illegal in all democratic countrys

The only Exception being 2 things
    1.
any place of business containing employees under employment contract where
a visit by an elected politician who is performing their leadership role may symbolize a party affiliation by their presence and choice of clothing
    2.
University's where a pre booked political discussion has been booked with registered tickets & publicly listed attendees &/or booked political groups consisting of listed members & their personal guests in a closed non public pre booked room or lecture theater

    anything less is fascism

that would seem logical to maintain a democracy

do you want your children to be at a school where students wear satanic clothing with satanic slogans and imagery ?
    probably not
should it be their right to wear such things to school or to their after school job ?

    what is freedom ?
    what is liberty ?
what is the right to choose ?
    what is culture ?

who is doing the choosing and who doesn't get to choose ?

the parent signs a contract to agree always with the schools rules
the employee signs a contract with the employer to both agree on terms... business school 101 !

The U.S. Postal Service lost $8.8 billion in fiscal 2019, more than doubling its losses from the previous year.
    https://www.govexec.com/management/2019/11/postal-service-doubles-annual-losses-88-billion/161317/

Postal Service says it lost $2.2 billion over three-month period
    https://thehill.com/homenews/admini...ys-it-lost-22-billion-over-three-month-period
If that ain't abject failure, I don't know what is.

And no, refusing skyrocketing emergency bailout funding is not sabotage. Sabotage is what the USPS has done to itself, by not being competitive with FedEx, UPS, etc..

Covid apparently ain't too much of a risk to gather in close proximity, even by those who claim it is. Somehow, protest provides immunity. 9_9
More than 100 demonstrators converged outside the North Carolina mansion of the postmaster general, protesting the cutbacks, delays and other changes to the U.S. Postal Service that have created fears for mail-in voting ahead of the November presidential election.

    https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...usps-postmaster-louis-dejoys-home/5599021002/
So the supposed need for widespread mail-in voting is shown to be bs by the very people pushing for it.

The USPS is already funded through 2021:
The CARES Act authorizes the USPS to borrow up to $10 billion from Treasury for operating expenses if the USPS determines that, due to the COVID-19 emergency, it will not be able to fund operating expenses without borrowing money.
    https://home.treasury.gov/news/press-releases/sm1071
So both the need for mail-in voting and the "sabotage" of the USPS are paranoid, conspiratorial bs.

“Historically, mailboxes have been removed for lack of use and installed in growth areas,” she said in an emailed statement. “When a collection box consistently receives very small amounts of mail for months on end, it costs the Postal Service money in fuel and work hours for letter carriers to drive to the mailbox and collect the mail. Removing the box is simply good business sense in that respect. It is important to note that anyone with a residential or business mailbox can use it as a vehicle to send outgoing mail.”
    https://www.washingtonpost.com/busi...box-removals-postal-service-says-its-routine/

Fauci says 'there's no reason' in-person voting shouldn't be safe with masks and proper social distancing
    https://www.businessinsider.com/fauci-says-in-person-election-with-distancing-masks-is-safe-2020-8
And no, Pelosi, the USPS won't slow the delivery of Social Security checks, because they haven't mailed check since 2013:
In an effort to cut spending, federal officials began retiring paper checks in favor of direct deposits and prepaid "Direct Express" debit cards in May 2011. Since then, the Treasury Department hasrequired all new recipients of payments from federal benefits programs -- including Social Security, Supplemental Security Income disability, Veterans Affairs and government pension plans -- to sign up forelectronic payments. It set a March 1, 2013, deadline for all other recipients to do the same.
    https://money.cnn.com/2013/01/09/retirement/social-security-checks/index.html
Here's just one story of voter fraud (I've already cited many others):
In Nevada...One of the provisions is that if an absentee ballot is received by 5 p.m. three days after Election Day but is not postmarked, it will be counted.
    https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/11/politics/postmarks-mail-in-ballots/index.html
So after three days of vote counting, ballots that magically show up without any postmark at all, would be counted.

Concerns began mounting before voting had even ended. Undeliverable ballots piled up in trash cans and apartment lobbies. Even though state law forbids anyone from collecting more than three ballots, roughly 800 ballots were found bundled together — 400 were stuffed into one mailbox, and 360 more were found in another in a completely different town. That evidence of illegal vote harvesting led officials to reject them all.

Another 1,214 votes were disqualified because the voters’ signatures did not match official records, and 1,000 more because the “bearer” — the person who collected and delivered the vote — didn’t properly report doing so. Voters reported never receiving ballots even though they are listed as having voted — in other words, someone else purportedly cast their vote.

Ultimately, nearly 20% of ballots cast on May 12 were invalidated. Paterson NAACP leader Rev. Kenneth Clayton summed it up best: “These kinds of acts make people not want to vote anymore.”
    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/a...debacle_is_a_warning_for_november_143781.html

Five days before the citizens of Paterson, N.J., selected new members of their city council in May, a postal employee in a neighboring town spotted something suspicious in a local post office: 347 mail-in ballots, bundled together.

The discovery kicked off weeks of tumult in New Jersey’s third-largest city, a densely populated and diverse community. Four men, including a city councilman, have been charged with fraud. Amid the controversy, the county election board disqualified 19 percent of ballots cast in the race.
    https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...0466de-ca99-11ea-91f1-28aca4d833a0_story.html
And the NJ Governor actually said this about the voter fraud:
"I actually view that differently. I view that as a positive data point."
    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/v...ting_system_checks_and_balances_built_in.html
    Then there's this:
Major US postal workers union endorses Biden for president
    https://apnews.com/2eb0459bf4cd01838a6e75cc4ca5cece

Report: USPS improperly enabled workers who helped Clinton campaign
    https://www.cnn.com/2017/07/19/politics/osc-usps-hillary-clinton-hatch-act/index.html
And you're a big fat liar if you claim you wouldn't be screaming bloody murder if these were both about the USPS endorsing/helping Trump.
