I started a community group recently, and since we can't meet due to Cv19, I thought it'd be cool to try VC so we can all connect that way. I've really been liking Go To Meeting. Easy, and just what I need. I thought about Zoom, but it seems more business-ish. What is your fave?
I used GoTo several weeks back for work. I thought it cool. My roommate is using some other conference software since she has been working from home lately.
Yea, the hospitality industry was hit pretty hard. I hope you can get back to it, sooner than later. (and safely)
I've used Apple's Facetime and Skype, for 3-way video calls. Both are fine, but with Facetime only the most recent version allows 3-way calls. I've held out against Zoom, on the basis of reports I've read that the security is flaky (A mother's party for her children got invaded by a bloke clad only in a leather thong, who started swearing) and it is rumoured to hoover up your date without asking. But from what I hear, it is often chosen by people who want large numbers to join the call at once.
