    yes
everything based on pixel size & quantity and the computer processor running the lens computer/chip

but even the most expensive modern latest and still yet to be sold cell phones have no ability to process these type of pictures.

face tune is quite a funny reality of the sad state of the human fragile ego around appearance.

the greater the detail the more face tuning is required.

social media is becoming a cheap scam dating web site with face pictures.

i expect this new trend of faking real appearance(with face tune) will lead to a new level of depression and suicide
i am not saying it should be banned, but it should be publicised to help combat all the body dismorphia issues like anorexia bulimia 12 year old girls wanting cosmetic face surgery etc etc ....

Not in one take, no. The focusing parts of a camera are mechanical; they can't be at two settings at the same time.

But some cameras can take multiple shots and different focal lengths and combine them.
Problem is, you can only do this with still scenes - and you must use a tripod, since the total exposure time of all shots will be a large fraction of a second, and even the slightest movement will cause motion blur.

$370.00 USD looks a good price for brand new new-tech cell phone(made by 2nd world workers being paid ONE DOLLAR PER HOUR.
that is the price they should be, not $1,500.00 while they pay asian workers $1.00 per hour to make them.

now they can legitimately add a recycle fee(between $55.00 USD & $75.00 USD) on top of that price to pay for companys to recycle the old Cell phones & laptops & tablets.
