    looks like parkinsons(casual glance)
i can imagine why she may wish to keep it out of the public media, however...
if it is Parkinsons then it doesn't effect mental cognizance

having experience with extreme exercise & recreational drugs i can easily come up with several different simple potential scenarios.
    however... Angelas weight concerns me.
i think she needs to try and carefully lose around 8 kilos over the next 2 years(a fairly easy goal when managed carefully and continuosely).

to get convulsions/shakes from dehydration is extremely serious.
unles it is on top of some type of leg nerve damage/dysfunction(in which case it would be a symptomatic side effect)
lack of sleep on top of stress while on various other medications can magnify neural discordance to a spasm like muscle control.
any serious athletes/trainers will recognise the muscle control loss of extreme exercise when nerve control of legs and arms start to fail.
or nerve fatigue from over exertion with a lack of mental training for extreme exercise etc.
mental discordance(emotional distraction and/or leading to lack of ability to concentrate leading to motor discordance)
i just hope she recovers and takes it a bit slower.

Angela is currently transitioning if i recall the news item i watched correctly.

    Kramp-Karrenbauer

that's all i know on the issue

Angela seems to have been a lynch pin in European democracy.
hard ask in such divisive times

i find it a little sad at the nature of the sudden media.
Given the rise of the far right in many forms i guess it is hot news for inflammatory headlines
i hope she is ok and getting better

My sympathies to all having medical issues.
It seems strange that the shaking shows up when the national anthem, that the musically attuned germans deeply feel about, is played, that then her tremors are triggered.
May be deep down she shudders at the thought she might have been wrong, not putting her country "ueber alles"

Appears to be some form of palsy like the butler on Downton Abbey.
