If I'm wrong perhaps one day someone will develop a better way to divide by zero. ☺

What is with the "if"? You ARE wrong

Hint - the reason you cannot divide by zero is because there are NO zeros in say the number 5 or 5 apples etc etc etc

Homework. Put a number of items on the table, count carefully

How many zero items did you count?

To answer your question, there are n zero's in n, the same as division by one.

    Another way to see it:

    ÷2=1/2
    ÷1=n
    ÷0=×2

    No.

    ÷2=1/2n
    ÷1=n
    ÷1/2=2n
    ÷1/4=x4n
    ÷1/8=x8n
    ÷1/1,000,000=x1,000,000n
    etc.

The operation of division is defined as the inverse of multiplication.

So, what number, when multiplied by zero, results in a number larger than zero?
None. There is no number that you can multiply by zero that will result in anything other than zero.
In other words, such a number is not defined.

Really, this is grade school math. Stay in school, Throbber.

This... really is not how math works. Not even close...

As such... I've punted this to Pseudoscience.

This thread is a waste of space.

Can somebody really function with that level of maths, or is this a troll?
