What is a HTTPS upgrade? I've been using Brave as my browser, and it keeps track of all the trackers, ads and https upgrades it blocks. I know what ads are and what trackers are, but am unfamiliar as to what a https upgrade might be.

It probably means that it upgrades HTTP connections to HTTPS. In other words, when you browse to http://<blah>, it automatically tries https://<blah> first/only. The popular "HTTPS Everywhere" extension does the same thing.
The Same as in A sequel to a .mov file as in .mp4 or .mp4 or aeven .movflv or .mflv .mv there will be a software upgrade at the presentation layer for the link to the data link layer stopping DLL"S from getting to the same sequence as a pick to the .mov as in a switch between 0 and 1 or 0 and a between b 1 and b2 + C. C must now equal Euphrates.dll or something else buggy removing all sequencing reverting back to the original web ver.
That is complete gibberish, and has (as far as I can tell) nothing to do with HTTP vs HTTPS and HTTPS upgrades.
