For anyone interested I have a short film on UniKEF that I can't post here because it is in an invalid format.

It is about Centrifugal Force. Just click "Messages" then "General" then "Centrifugal Force Tutural".

To get there click on the posters name and then click on the recorded home page shown.

To view this you need to join the group, which is not what I am willing to do. I'm sure you can put it as an attachment.

    mpg

    ryans,

It is an mpg, which SF doesn't accept. I am suprised you say you need to join. You should be able to read but not post without joining.

when you start a thread describing a link to some mysterious mpeg, perhaps you should INCLUDE THE FUCKING LINK!

    Link

    lethe,

In the past I have been told not to post that link but to refer it to the "Home Page" listing under my name.

    Evil Poet,

Yes that is the link and I have verified that readers may view it without joining the site.

It is only about a 30 second clip but well worth the visit. If you have sound just make sure it is turned up a bit.

You can't view the mpg without joining the site. Try something different.

    ?

    Q,

That is strange. I deliberately didn't sign in and got the message to "Join" but I could still read messages and view the video. Anybodyelse having a problem viewing?

If anybody has the capacity to convert mpg into jpeg I will send it and then post on SF.

    Thanks.

I have no problem reading messages, but to watch the movie I must log in.

if you have hotmail id, you can login with that (microsoft passport). MSN requires passport to view files attached with messages.

    MacM,
mpeg can be converted to jpeg as still picture only. mpeg to gif animation file (with loss of quality) may be another option.

another way is put it in 'pictures' folder on your site.

i have not viewed that movie. but from messages there, it seems you have tortured a cat to prove your point..

    Cat

    everneo,

Thanks. It probably isn't worth the effort but it was unbelievable.

First it wasn't my cat and I didn't do it but the gig was somebody tied a bird to a ceiling fan and had a home video camera going when their cat jumped up on the table snatched the bird but couldn't turn loose.

The fan was on high and the cat made about 5 revolutions "Squalling" as he goes around and people in the background are yelling "Shut off the fan".

The cat finally turns loose and smacks into a wall with a thump but goes away unhurt.

It is a shame I couldn't post it here. It really was something to see.

I just bet that cat gave up chasing birds.

From your description, this movie has been posted here 2 other times. I think the cat noises are what make it funny....

Regardless though... this is not 'Physics&Math'. This is more like Jackass: The Movie

    Other name, same animal?

A while ago I was argueing with Warren about the possible existence of ether. I entertained the idea that gravity is not a pulling but rather a pushing force, the dense mass of the earth occupies space that could otherwise be filled with ether / vacume energy, hence I theorised it is not the planetsurface that attracts you, but rather difference in etherpressure with the surrounding seemingly empty space that pushes you to the earth surface. While it may be low in ordinary matter density I speculate space is high in etherdensity / vacume-energy. Now I see some interesting similarities with the inflation forces (pushing the universe outward) within the uniKEF theory.

    Thank you

    Vortexx,

Thank you. But you must realise statements like that will put you at the bottom of the feeding chain here.

    Sense of Humor

    Persol,

ANS: If it has been here I haven't seen it but I am relatively new and don't follow all threads; plus it was an invite to see it.

And Shssssh, where is our sense of humer. Gotta take a laugh once in a while, gonna get ulcers if you don't lighten up.
