Planning for next year and amongst other things we want to. Attend a murder trial and take to the sea and track-down and board a ghost ship.

What are the most usual things you've done, or want to do?

    Do you mean "unusual?"

I was once subpoenaed for a murder trial, but never had to appear.
I served on a jury for a trial dealing with the delivery and sale of drugs(heroin)
I've soloed in a single engine airplane
I did a 52 mile 5 day backpacking trip through the back-country of Glacier Natl. Park.
I've had a submission printed in a magazine . ( A circuit design in the reader submission section of Popular Electronics.)

I sailed from Cristabol Panama, through the Panama canal, across the Pacific to Sydney stopping at the Galapogos, Marquesas Islands, Tuamoto Archepeligo, Society Islands, Samoa, Tongan Islands, Fijian Islands, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, on a Square rigged three masted Barquentine.
Below is that Barquentine which was called "Eolus" Greek for King of the winds.

Some good ones. The sea is a great place for adventure, as I said I'd like to find a ghost ship. But as I can't sail and don't have a boat, that one is really hard

I got an airplane and helicopter license. Scuba diving, rock climbing, I shave with a straight razor...hard to say what the most unusual is.

Not that that will be any time soon: I aim to live forever and so far I'm doing OK!

I haven't done that. I did take a glider ride once (I forgot about that). I summited Mt. Rainier. Now that I think about it everything I do is unusual.

I can tell many stories but to make a list would not do justice to the many extrordinary experiences in my life.
For example I have had someone arrested, which does not sound much, but this was basically over a debt where I had to seek an order in chambers without issuing a summons and then have the sherrif officers take this chap off a ship 45 minutes before departure. I got the money for the client and prevented this con man duding my client.
So it was a big deal and I have not heard of anyone doing similar but to say I had someone arrested does not do the thing justice.

Another time I evicted some folk.
Does not sound a big deal but it was a gang living in my place in the bush.
    They were terrorising everyone.
I carried four shotguns in the boot of my car and thought I wasbulet proof back then.
So I turned up and set fire to all their stuff and waited for their attack which never came.
But to say I evicted someone list like does not give insite to the drama.

I have built my own boat and sailed it, I have built my own house and set up solar power and plumbing... everything.

Saved a mans life with chest pumping, twice. And that is a story you would not believe.

Did skin diving, raced moto cross, hired a helicopter to bid at an auction in the country.

Went out one night with seven model like ladies, walked down George Street Sydney with three on one arm and four on the other.

We went to see the Sydney symphony Orchestra at the Town Hall.

When we walked in the conducter stopped and brought us up to sit on stage.

That was the coolest thing ever it was like I was a rock star but it only dawned on me much later that it was the girls who caused the stoppage not me.. But it was such a night.
So saying I once we t to see the Sydney Symphony Orchastra does not tell the story at all.

Now that I am old I look back and I just cant believe the things I have done, its like I am looking at someone else.

But the up shot is I dont feel the need to prove myself I sortta feel that I have lived the life of three men and given I came from a country town think I did ok.
