Does the U.S. want Trump’s Muslim solution or the vigilantism the E. U. is moving to?

I guess I will have to actually post the laws here for you to read about sharing information about anyone who has a IRS form filled out about them.
You are probably aware that the law protects your tax return information from disclosure to other parties by the Internal Revenue Service. IRC Section 6103 generally prohibits the release of tax information by an IRS employee. However, there are important exceptions that you should be aware of.

IRC 6103(d) provides that return information may be shared with state agencies responsible for tax administration. The state agency must request this information in writing, and the request must be signed by an official designated to request tax information.

IRC 6103(i)(1) provides that, pursuant to court order, return information may be shared with law enforcement agencies for investigation and prosecution of non-tax criminal laws.

IRC 6103(k)(6) allows the IRS to make limited disclosures of return information in the course of official tax administration investigations to third parties if necessary to obtain information that is not otherwise reasonably available.

IRC 6103(l)(1) provides that return information related to taxes imposed under chapters 2, 21, and 24 may be disclosed to the Social Security Administration (SSA) as needed to carry out its responsibilities under the Social Security Act. Chapter 2 relates to self-employment income and does not normally concern employers. Chapter 21 concerns social security and Medicare (FICA) tax, and chapter 24 deals with income tax withholding.

The IRS may therefore share information with SSA about social security and Medicare tax liability if necessary to establish the taxpayer’s liability. This provision does not allow the IRS to disclose your tax information to SSA for any other reason. SSA employees who receive this information are bound by the same confidentiality rules as IRS employees. Therefore, they generally cannot disclose the information to state social security administrators, state officials or other Federal agencies.

IRC 6103(e)(6) and (c) provide for disclosures to powers of attorney and other designees. If you are notified of an audit by the IRS, you may want to have someone other than the authorized officer of your entity represent you or participate in the meeting. You may bring any individual you wish into the discussion, in person or by telephone. You may give oral consent to speak with a third party if necessary to resolve a Federal tax matter. However, oral consent does not substitute for a power of attorney or a legal designation, and the discussion is limited to the issue for which the consent is given.

Bad, for there are many who want to work in this country who apply to immigrate here to work for the higher wages that many companies pay to legal immigrants. Companies are making HUGE profits , look at the stock market as just one example and see all the companies there who are earning allot today.

Great! If their skills command high wages, then by all means, pay them what they are worth.
By moving labor out of the US due to high labor costs. So your company leaves the US, you lose your job - but they make lots of money. Sounds like a lose-lose for you. If only there was a source of cheap labor that let them stay in the US . . .

A German officer says there are orders from superiors preventing proper policing for fear of being accused of racism.

Just saying this is clearly illegal. If it happened, it's very likely that these superiors will be held responsible. Such orders violate a number of laws all at once.

My understanding of the happenings in the past weeks are that our police was unprepared, and also understaffed. Furthermore, overwhelmed and not reacting quickly enough.

German police had not seen things like organized mass molesting of women in the past. This was new, new to the victims and new to the police. Meanwhile they try to recrute more policemen, and train the ones in duty better for such occasions. Police is much more present in the public since then, before they stayed more in the background.

I'm somewhat sure that the vigilantism will vanish again once the police has powered up. We did not need such a powerful police in the past, but it's coming. I expect that such problems will not happen again, and if they do, police will stop it quickly.

We have a problem though, to get rid of criminal immigrants. Their home countries often don't take them back. And if we put them in prison here, they cost our money. This is ridiculous - they come here, commit a crime, and tax payers have to pay to give them food and a clean cell. For some a german prison cell and food is better than what they had at home ... a sad, a very sad world this is.

And the result is we become a third world nation. I think I'll just watch the USA go down the toilet except for the people who own businesses and get away with stuff like hiring illegals.

You can't have it both ways. You can't have the highest salaries in the world and keep companies here with cheap salaries. Either way you lose something.
You do that. I'll keep working to keep us productive.

Salaries are kept high by increasing productivity per workhour, which happens via investment in research, machinery, education, and infrastructure. That keeps the companies here, despite the higher salaries, because they make money on the higher productivity and the unfettered access to the more prosperous markets. win/win

Allowing low-wage illegal immigrants to replace investment undermines this. Granting corporations the same tax advantages from investment elsewhere as from investment here undermines this. Allowing corporations to avoid paying the environmental costs of doing business by offshoring to poorly governed economies in which they can externalize their costs, while still enjoying unfettered access to the markets supported by the high salaries, undermines this. win/lose

There is no overall benefit to the US citizen from allowing low-wage illegal immigrants to take US jobs that would otherwise be upgraded or exported legitimately (i.e. without tax breaks and privileged market access).
