    Dywyddyr,I hope You will not ban me at least here.So,the whole reply to me from Amazon can be successfully disregarded?As I told,the most perplexing things to me are 2 in this story: that he suddenly woke up with the thought/voice of 'Multiverse' in his mind,the word that he didn't hear before - or so he claims.And that he 'dreamed' about some future event that eventually turned out to be correct.Again,as he says

    Why not? This universe is crazy enough for the absurd, ridiculous and stupid to happen. How is a feline existing in two dimensions so wacky?

    I can relate to the socks mystery. I have a drawer containing about 25 socks which have no mates. They have collected over a period of circa two decades.

    Perhaps there is a tear in the space-time continuum & some of my socks fall into it.

    It is a quite simple matter to find the missing mates to those socks. Simply throw out the singles you have and you will find the mates within days.

    My theory is that single socks are actually the pupal phase of a life form that ultimately matures into wire coat hangers.

    I have a theory that the motorcyclists with clipboards you see in London are the larval form of black taxis. (They are trying to learn The Knowledge in order to qualify).

    That's paper clips. (The socks turn into scarves (female) or T-shirts with a hole in one armpit.)
    But be careful - the last guy who tried to film the transition was found strangled in his closet.
    It's a wormhole, and the other end is in my laundry room in back of the folding table. The size is right, but I prefer a wool/silk blend if you're shopping.
